Cornwall Climate Change Action Plan

The Cornwall Strategic Partnership has defined climate change and energy supply as a ‘mega-risk’ to our county's economic prosperity, social stability and environmental sustainability.

In response, the CSP has commissioned CSEP to produce a Climate Change Action Plan.

Funded by Cornwall County Council, the project will update and expand earlier documents, including Action Today for a Sustainable Tomorrow , produced by CSEP in 2004. Wide ranging consultation will draw together expert advice and public opinion.

The final report will set out the steps necessary to reduce Cornwall's carbon emissions, achieve energy security and cope with the effects of climate change.
