Cornwall Beacon Open Day

Cornwall, which is the first county in the UK to be awarded Beacon Council Status for its Sustainable Energy Partnership, held its 2-day ‘Open Day’ on the 30th November and 1st December 2005.

Delegates from as far and wide as the Orkney Islands travelled to Cornwall to learn how Cornwall’s award winning Local Authorities are lighting the way in sustainable energy partnerships.
